At a Corporate Family Day, Sandy held mindful breathing and restorative/yin yoga well-being sessions for employees, including families with children ranging from 18 months to 15 years old. She was amazing at thinking creatively about different ways of helping children with the exercises. The adults and children came away from the session describing themselves as feeling 'happy', 'calm', 'in their body','relaxed', 'sleepy', 'better','lighter' and 'lucid'. Both adults and kids loved the sessions.
